You know you have the right friends when you can spend days on end together and not get annoyed. Extra points if they love food with the same passion you feel. This recipe is all of the above in one meal. #hessohandy loves meatloaf made by #thewalk44 so much, he dreams about it. Lucky for us, we were with him the morning after. He shared the delicious preparation with us and we couldn't wait to get home and put our own spin on it. This was so good, much more than simple comfort food. These three components together are pure heaven.
